This stunningly wacky watch hails from Patek Phillipe. It’s their first wristwatch made in 1868 for a certain Countess Koscowicz of Hungary. If you are ever looking for a birthday gift for one of your Asian boys and can lay your hands on this uberwatch, then do so. I heartily recommend it as GAY
